How a carpet cleaning works

Our dual-process deep steam

Every carpet job follows the same four steps, powered by a truck-mount built for heavy-duty work.

  1. Pre-spray

A professional cleaning detergent goes down first to loosen soil, grease and spots.

  2. Dwell

On heavily soiled carpet we give it time to work, so dirt releases from the fibres.

  3. Hot rinse

Jet-hot water from our truck rinses the carpet and extremely powerful suction pulls the soil out.

  4. Protect

Optional Scotchgard helps the carpet repel spills, grease and dyes so you have time to clean them up.

DID YOU KNOW?We use our proprietary, heavy-duty truck-mount equipment, not conventional entry-level units like most. It's fully self-contained, so we never plug into your walls or use your hot water, and the thorough rinse leaves no messy residue behind.
